Nacht und Nebel. Night and fog. The fog is real, and I do not mean that stuff coming off the ocean.

Martial Law and Executive Orders do not need any civil or judicial approval. Pretty much the whim of whoever is in the driver's seat. I have posted on these topics, not to fill pages but to ring yer bell; look out the windows, sniff the wind, wakey-wakey.

If you don't think something like this is gonna happen you need oxygen. All that is needed is precipitating events. Like some natural disaster, solar flares or drought or earthquake, maybe Hoover Dam collapses. Toss in enemy incursions whether real ... or agents provocateur. Could be as simple as this.

This event was National Guard troops fully sanctioned by the Powers That Be to suppress dissent. Then it was raggedy-assed hippies and you and I were the establishment. Next time it will be you and I fighting to maintain The Constitution and our way of life and the troops will be deployed to defend the rape of our nation.

This ain't about Jews and Germans, it is about the pattern we will see unfolding sooner rather than later.

Don't get distracted by the fact that it was Germans and Jews and the 1930s. What I am talking about is now being promoted by Blacks and Whites and so-called Christians and Muslims and elected politicians and ... and ... Marxists and socialists and Democrats and fascists and maybe your next door neighbor. This kinda thing is coming soon to your town. And I offer this; it is history and I believe it. I do not think mankind has changed for the better since the '30s. 

The Gestapo had the authority to investigate treason, espionage and sabotage cases, and cases of criminal attacks on the Nazi Party and Germany. A law passed by the government in 1936 gave the Gestapo carte blanche to operate without judicial oversight. The Gestapo was specifically exempted from responsibility to administrative courts, where citizens normally could sue the state to conform to laws. As early as 1935, however, a Prussian administrative court had ruled that the Gestapo's actions were not subject to judicial review.

A further law passed later in the year gave the Gestapo responsibility for setting up and administering concentration camps. In September 1939 the security and police agencies of Nazi Germany were consolidated into the Reich Main Security Office (RSHA), headed by Heydrich. Gestapo became Amt IV (Department IV) of RSHA and Müller became the Gestapo Chief, with Heydrich as his immediate superior. After Heydrich's assassination in 1942, Ernst Kaltenbrunner became head of RSHA, and Müller remained the Gestapo Chief, a position he occupied until the end of the war.

Adolf Eichmann was Müller's direct subordinate and head of Department IV, Section B4, which dealt with Jews.
The power of the Gestapo most open to misuse was called Schutzhaft – "protective custody", a euphemism for the power to imprison people without judicial proceedings. An oddity of the system was that the prisoner had to sign his or her own Schutzhaftbefehl, an order declaring that the person had requested imprisonment – presumably out of fear of personal harm (which, in a way, was true). In addition, thousands of political prisoners throughout Germany – and from 1941, throughout the occupied territories under the Night and Fog Decree – simply disappeared under Gestapo custody.

Nacht und Nebel (German for "Night and Fog") was a directive (German: Erlass) of Adolf Hitler on 7 December 1941 signed and implemented by Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Wilhelm Keitel, resulting in kidnapping and disappearance of many political activists and resistance 'helpers' throughout Nazi Germany's occupied territories. It was a specific punishment for opponents of the Nazis in occupied countries and intended to intimidate local populations into submission by denying families and friends of "les disparus" all knowledge of what had happened to them.

It is not much of a stretch to replace Jews with Whites or Christians or Conservatives or anyone considered an enemy of the regime. SEIU will be the goons and the rabble will soon be incited to riots.

I am not paranoid. The stage is set for a recurrence of this sort of thing. Me, I always suss out the exits, to a room, building, or city. I avoid crowds even on a sunny day.
